Terms of Use
Updated October 5, 2026
These terms apply to you whenever you use the Novare Media client portal (the "Portal"). They are between you and Novare Media ("we" or "us"). You have access because a business you work for or with (the "Client") has an agreement with us. By selecting Agree and continue, you accept these terms.
Your account
Your sign-in is for you alone. Do not share it with anyone, including coworkers, who should each have their own. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what is done under your sign-in.
Confidentiality
The Portal, including its software, design, features, reports, and methods, is our confidential and proprietary information. Use it only for the Client's business. Do not copy, resell, or reverse engineer it, give anyone outside the Client's business access to it, or use it to develop a competing product or service. This continues after your access ends.
The Client's information
What you see in the Portal belongs to the Client or to the people it describes, and some of it is private, such as customer or patient contact details. Use it only for your work for the Client, follow the Client's privacy rules and the law, and do not copy or export it for any other purpose.
Acceptable use
Do not try to get around the Portal's security, reach information you have not been given access to, or interfere with how it runs. Do not use automated tools to collect data from it, and do not upload anything harmful or unlawful.
Reports and suggestions
Reports, insights, and suggestions in the Portal are for information only. They can be incomplete or wrong, and the decisions you make with them are yours. We do not guarantee specific results.
Your access
Your access ends when the Client asks us to end it, when the Client's agreement with us ends, or if you break these terms. We may also suspend access at any time to protect the Portal or the information in it.
The Client's agreement
These terms add to the Client's agreement with us and do not change it. If the two conflict, the Client's agreement controls.
No warranty
The Portal is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable to you personally for any loss from using it. Our responsibilities to the Client are set out in the Client's agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, the Portal will ask you to accept the new version before you continue.
Privacy
Our privacy policy at novare-media.com/privacy explains how we handle personal information.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
